We accept Consignment Monday- Wednesday between the hours of 10am & 5pm & weekends are by appointment only.
How we work:
Houseware, Artwork & Furniture Policy:
No elastic waist pants from the following brands:
Collectibles such as glassware & decorative items are accepted in excellent condition free of chips & stains
China & glassware must have a minimum lot of 4
Artwork must be framed, with a backing
Lamps are accepted in good condition with shades
Books are accepted with the approval of the 2nd Act Staff
Bedding & Comforters must be like new, free of any stains & odors
We require to view pictures of any furniture pieces before approval (can personally bring in pictures or email email@example.com)
Furniture delivery/pickup MUST be performed by the consignor or customer.
Brands we do NOT accept:

Consignors receive 50% commission on furniture & 40% on all other items.
Items are sold for 60 days from consignment contract date. Consignors receive a check, for items sold, within 30 days of completion of contract. It is the consignors responsibility to reclaim any unsold items within 60 days from the contract date. Any items remaining in the store after your contract ends becomes property of 2nd Act. There is an annual $10.00 fee that comes out of your first consignment check, if anything sells.
2nd Act is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of merchandise. Reductions may be given at the discretion of 2nd Act staff as deemed necessary or in the event of special sales.
